Returns Information :
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 28 days from date of purchase to return the items
Online shopping: you have 28 days from the date of purchase
Shop at our showroom: you have 28 days from the date of purchase
Items must be in their original condition, include all labels and stating the reason of return.

Note: Customers have to bear the courier charges on returns, but their next purchase order will be free of delivery cost
Refunds Information :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item.
If your returns have approved, then your refund will be processed, and a sales credit note will be emailed to your provided email address.
Refunds will take 4 - 6 workings days to show up in your bank account or original method of payment.
